Good for my purpose
I wanted headphones for a recently purchased metal detector. The detector discriminates metals using four tones, two bass and two higher frequency tones. The Panasonic RP-HT21 headphones are light-weight and work well for this use. Four stars vs. five due to not knowing how well the headphones will hold up over time.

To listen youtube videos, to simple use on the plane ( if you dont care about NC headphones ) this product is pretty good.

Great headphones for the price!
They sound really good for this style. They are comfortable. And the price is great. You definitely get a fuller low end sound than some similarly priced headphones.

Panasonic RP-HT21 Great sound for the price!
Light weight good sound Great for the price. used for computer music listening and mostly hooked up to TV for the Seniors to hear TV. Wires very thin and should be better to last but for price Great Deal and these should not be discontinued as still needed by some consumers. work well with hearing Aids. Good sound and inexpensive.
They are surprisingly good and only $6. These are light and comfortable to wear over ears (also convenient to hang around the neck). However, they're not appropriate for jogging, exercising, etc., but they work well with my MP3 player.

Preforms well
I'm on to my third pair. I use these in the gym (ear buds don't do it for me), and eventually - 4 years or so - the foam on the ear piece deteriorates and I have to toss them as there is no way to replace the foam. No complaints though -- very inexpensive -- so I feel like I get good value. Sound quality is surprisingly good. Very light weight and stay on well while exercising.

Very Good for the Price
I bought 2 of these and was very surprised at the sound. For the price it is very good. They may not be as good as one you would pay 3 or 4 times the price, but for a cheap one I was really surprised but the sound reproduction.

Great Value With Decent Sound
I'm super picky about my headphones. I was looking for a budget pair that were easy to replace if they were broken. These headphones are a surprisingly good value because they sound better than a $10 pair of headphones should sound. Good low bass. Decent mids. Not so great highs. They don't sound nearly as good as a set of over ear headphones that are more expensive, but they're only 10 bucks. For 10 bucks, these are a great deal and sound better and are more comfortable than a pair of cheap ear buds.

Good headphones for exercising
I wear the Panasonic RP-HT21 headphones while exercising or hiking. They have good sound, especially base. The light weight helps them stay in place. They are very comfortable due to the flexible earpiece mounting.

Decent sound quality for dirt cheap.
I bought these headphones after reading all of the overwhelming positive reviews on them and I'm not disappointed at all, I frequently listen to music while I'm surfing the web, walking, on the bus, etc. I needed a new pair of headphones that would give me at least passable sound quality for a cheap pricetag, and these exceeded my expectations.

Lightweight, comfortable, excellent sound, and cheap
These are not +$200 Sennheisers, for sure, and the wires are fragile, especially where they attach to the headphone (I usually apply some glue to this joint to strengthen this joint and increase the longevity of the wires - otherwise they will easily shear off at this joint), and the foam coverings are difficult to impossible to replace, but heck, they sound great, and for the price, what's there to complain about.

Good for general audio
I'm not an audiophile nor an audio professional. I bought this headphones to listen music from portable players/smartphones and to replace an old headphones from the same brand. I know that for the price I couldn't expect the same performance of higher priced models but being objective I feel that the build quality is lower than I thought. Good fit, good sound and good value.
I wear the Panasonic headphones when hiking and doing chores around the house. They fit well with just enough tension to stay in place. Very good sound.

Decent quality - low price
I hand these out to film production directors, scriptys, ect. to monitor dialog recording. The good quality and low replacement cost satisfies everyone. They seem to be hold up well, despite the usual abuse on a film set. I use them for watching TV when the spouse sleeps ... very lightweight and comfortable.

Greatest Headphones
I have tried many pairs of headphones. None ever gave the quaility of sound and the ease of wear as the HT21 headphones. The price quality line is at its highest with the Panasonic XBS lightweight headpnones. B&H has the price and service on electronics. Best price on the internet and shipping was fast.
