These really blew away my entire listening experience despite being an audiophile. Not only can I now completely justify my subscription to Tidal where I can fully appreciate the high fidelity uncompressed music, I can also experience movies through a headset while reminiscing about my missing kidney.

Amazing hybrid

It's closed back but close to sound stage of open back like HD 800 S. The closed part gives it a heavier bass. I love Sennheiser HD 800 S and now the HD 820. Of all my collections these two are my daily drivers.

Amazing open stage but heavy outside isolation. My fav even more than my $4k Focal Utopia.
