Olympus PEN-F Mirrorless Micro Four Thirds Digital Camera (Body Only, Black)

They left the all important shutter speed dial off of it.
Oly m43 produces outstanding results, even with the old 12 mp model. But, I've had to put them on the backburner since they are so hard o adjust on the fly with manual controls. By the time they get adjusted the photo op is long gone. I hope Oly comes out with an easy to adjust m43 with a shutter speed dial.

Compact, configurable, with solid image quality.
Understand that this isn't meant to be a 'do-everything' camera. There are better spec'd video cameras, and better studio cameras, and better action cameras. But as a compact, flexible travel camera that is fun to use and packed with technology (IBIS, Hi-Res, B/W Modes), the Pen-F hits a lot of marks.

Compact and great looking
I needed a portable camera I could carry all day that wouldn't weigh me down like my Canon Mark III. This camera is lightweight--even with a lens attached. Still need to process the RAW files but I'm hoping they will be good. Menus definitely take some getting used to if you are coming from Canon.

Cmera lockup
The Olympus PenF is a Nice cmera but it was dissappointing that in the first week suddenly lockup 3 times. At first I thought it was Battery charging but after a complete charging it was clear that it is anotarem problem. I updated the firmware Now and I Will try again

Wonderful Range Finder type olympus
The camera reviews are right on and all of its strengths and a couple of shortcoming are all illuminated. The camera is lots of fun to use and a wonderful addition to my other Olympus camera and lenses. Thanks again for your very quick and trustworthy service.

A classic look with a punch
I bought a silver Olympus PEN-F. It's a sleek, versatile and classic mirrorless camera. Very well built. Very responsive and focus speed is fast. Mostly shoot with its Olympus prime lenses: 12mm, 25mm, 45mm, 75mm and 60mm Macro lens.

BEST DIGITAL CAMERA
Best Digital Camera for those who like rangefinder form factor. I use mine with Pan 2.8 zooms and Pan-Leica fast primes and Oly fast prime. No size issues for me with these lenses. Stunning images. BH Service is the Best.

A digital Rangefinder
Ideal for street photography, it is a discreet and silent camera. They have all the controls at hand, very easy to handle. The Olympus menus are still a bit complicated, a good read of the manual solves this problem.

Fast Everything!!!
I'm still trying to test and familiarize myself with the beautiful Pen-F. It's FAST AF, retro look and size (not too big, not to small) sold me on this beauty from Olympus. Highly recommended although quite pricey.

Perfection!
I just love the Olympus brand camera's. The picture quality on the Pen-F is wonderful. So glad I bought it and it is a great camera for day trips on a bike. Looking forward to travelling with this camera.

Great compact camera.
Nice and compact. It has a great sensor. I probably would have the rear view finder accesable . If you want to preview images and make setting you have to open up the finder to do so. It adds extra time.

Solid feel, comfortably compact and full featured.
This camera does very well for the nature, landscape and street photography that I enjoy. Retro style that is very functional right down to a standard threaded cable release of old is much appreciated.

If had to , yes I would buy this camera again !
Moving up from the Olympus E-PL 5 , I find the PEN f much more intuitive to program , like the preprogramable C1,C2 and C3 positions on the programwheel . The built-in viewfinder is definite Plus !

A street God.
This thing is beautiful, intuitive and absolutely fun. Also, it's form factor makes that it fits almost anywhere. It's a wonderful street camera. If it were weather sealed, it would be perfect.

A photographers camera
It's not about the camera it's about the photographer my dad said. This camera is small yet has all the modern attributes like 20 megapixels etc. Its a dream for us who began in the film area

I find this to be a very special camera in most respects. I primarily use it around the house with the 2 small Olympus zooms.

Great camera- BUT needs an integrated grip
Great camera- BUT need an Integrated grip. The add-on grip does not look like it belongs on the camera.
