Great printer for small shops
I own a custom cabinet company and have wanted a plotter for years but didn't have the space. This one fits In a cabinet and print quality is great. Easy set up and use.

Nice printer
Arrived well packed and setup was relatively easy - for someone with younger eyes. The setup instructions were in 3 pt type, if that big. However the printer's internal software was very good and walked me through without much reference to he paper manual. HP is of course following the trend of all vendors - Owner's Manual must be downloaded. It replaces my ancient but good HP350C E/A0.

no problem out of the box
works great but should have included a cd with driver etc on it instead of having to go to the web site to download them.

Missing pieces.
Printer works but it is missing the cover Because of that, I am assuming this was a used printer instead of a new one.. which I purchased. They always seem to be closed for religious holiday or a vacation. Cant ever get a hold of anyone

Enjoying printer
Perfect little printer for a small home office. The only disappointment was that absolutely no paperwork for setup, no user manual. I reached out to B&H and they forwarded links to find the info. Once I had the info, it was a piece of cake
