Busted
I received my new iMac and immediately noticed a large dark spot in the middle of the display. I took it to the Apple store where they quoted $1100.00 for repair and over a 1 week wait for parts. I'm very disappointed at receiving a faulty product right out of the box.

Nice Update to an Old Imac at a great price!
I just updated my 21, 8 year old Imac to an early 2019 27 model. The improved speed is immediately noticeable, and the sharpness and clarity of the screen is fantastic! B&H's price beat out any of my local suppliers, including my wife's university and the service was terrific as usual!

Beautiful screen and design
Great computer for its value.. Beautiful, fast and no cords all over the place.. 5K display itself worth 2000$ in my opinion.. I have $5000 Eizo monitors on my work to compare with iMac, and the difference in color rendering is minimal..for RGB color spaces almost no difference.. Apple promised free one year subscription for Aplle TV to anyone who buys new Apple tech. I bought the new iMac and free subscription doesnt work..

Everything you need
This iMac has an amazing 5K screen, fast SSD drive and a good amount of RAM. You also can upgrade RAM later ( up to 64GB ). I'm also pleased with high-quality sound on this computer, it sounds as good as Harman Kardon Aura we have in the same room.

Buy It For Whatever You Need. Add RAM
You can't go wrong. This computer will handle everything, from photo to video editing. The iMac is the cornerstone of Apple's desktop computing line up. You could spend less money on the smaller screen version (21inch) or the fusion drive hard drive, but the faster solid state HD and bigger 27 inch display are worth it once you experience it. Yes it's fast!!!
This will replace my 2010 27 iMac. I don't see a world of difference in the display, both computers look great. I added 64 GB of memory for a total of 72. I can't believe how fast it is. It seems like it loads programs almost instantly. Great computer built like a tank. My 2010 is still up and running. It will probably outlive apples' ability to support its OS.

Fantastic experience
I got a better deal from B&H than I could with Apple or other vendors on a particular iMac spec I wanted. The big box stores didn't sell this spec, but luckily found it here. It arrived earlier than I expected and everything was new and works beautifully. I also appreciated that B&H contacted me first to ensure it wasn't a fraudulent purchase before they shipped it. 5/5 would buy from B&H again!

Our new Apple 27 iMAC is proving to exceed our expectations! As long time users of both PC and Apple products over the past 30 years, we have come to know that Apple products are our first choice. In retirement, we have pursued expanding our interest in photography. This IMac operates so efficiently to handle both Lightroom and Photoshop to meet our post processing needs. The 27 screen with Retina display provides the clarity and full color spectrum we need to do our best photo editing. What an amazing product!

Very happy camper!
Upgrading from a 2015 iMac, I'm very happy with the fast performance of this iMac. I initially ordered a lesser spec iMac with fusion drive. It was too slow to open some programs even after calling Apple support. I returned it (not from B&H) and brought this one. Upgraded to 64GB ram. It flies!

Best Mac Ever
Had many Macs since their inception and this has been simply the best ever. Couldn't decide on the SSD or fusion drive but settled on the 2TB fusion drive and have found it extremely fast for my purposes. Would definitely recommend that option. Retina display is exceptional and love the added 8GB graphics with 580X. On sale for $1999 is a steal.

crashed several times
I have no clue how it has happened. It crashed several times by first time using, and after that it started to report issues and problems. It is even unable to restore the OS system as log out and return this product. Very disappointed!
