Apple 13.3 MacBook Pro (Mid 2017, Space Gray)
Great Product
Bought this for my wife. She had a macbook pro 2010 - so she was definitely in need of an upgrade. I have not been able to get the computer out of her hands for weeks. She finds every excuse to be on it and use it. Even though the keyboard gets quite a bit of knocks in the apple community, it is really not that bad. Seems to be fine.

Built well, feels good, Thunderbolt 3 rocks, but...
Apple's always been great about building rock solid products, and the build quality is not lacking at all here. However, I am a little disappointed with this purchase. The CPU (Core i5) seems to hit Turbo when doing the most trivial things, especially in Google Chrome. So far so good.
I got my machine really fast. First reaction was I should have gotten the 15" version, as that is what I was used to for the past 20 years. But I am quickly getting used to this size, and can always get a monitor a lot cheaper than the upgrade cost to the 15". Love what can be done with the track pad.

As good as expected
I went for the 13" moving away from my 3 year old trusty 15" I-7 16GB 256GB SSD model. Very light weight and portable and packs the same punch. There was a challenge in getting the right dock solution given the reduced number of ports. In the end I moved from dual 24" to a single 28" and the hyperdrive dock for $90.

Great Machine!
I bought this MacBook Pro 13.3" with 16GB Ram 256GB HD almost 2 and half months ago. This is my first Mac Book ever. So far the computer is working fine; it can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. It does not get hot - just gets warm near the vent area when I am doing multitasking, but it's OK and understandable because fans turn on. Student of the Mac
This was my first Mac OSx devise and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The size, the features, the speed, is everything that I wanted. Everything I needed!
I've used Windows for pretty much my entire life (and have gotten comfortable with how to use that OS), but I'm currently going to an art school which is pretty much entirely Mac based. Great price for a good product

Great Laptop; Lack of Ports Frustrating
I've been an Apple customer for more than a decade and I'm disappointed in Apple's decision to cut the ports their laptops. Technology moves forward, but shouldn't inconvenience the consumer: I'd like to use my USB-based Apple keyboard, my headset, and my non-Mac monitor without having to buy a separate hub (will cost $75 - $300 USD). Apple, If you cut the ports, why not cut the price of the laptop to offset the cost of the hub... Or include a hub in the box? Otherwise, the MacBook Pro 2017 is working fine.

I am really disappointed
First : the order takes too long in Processing stage. Second: my New MacBook Pro GOT SCRATCHES how is that!!!! and the cycle count for battery is 3 and aged 114 days ?!

beautiful gift
I got this as my daughter's graduation gift. She loves it. She played music on it and the speakers sounded nice. B&H's packing and delivery was one business day only to Easton, PA. I had viewed the laptop in an Apple store beforehand so no surprises. But I am glad that she appreciates it especially after she agreed to take the 2017 release instead of the newly released 2018 version (this saved us $200 which can buy some accessories). She complained slightly about the headphone jack being not compatible with her iPhone 7 wired earbuds.

Love shopping at B&H for two big reasons - amazing selection of tech gadgetry and great user experience with stellar navigation/categorization. In this case, I found B&H to be better than Apple.com in terms of both price and the ability to actually understand and compare specs of different MacBook pro models (2017 vs 2018, MBP vs MB etc.).
