Love my computer!
I love this computer! Apple always makes the best products. I love the rose gold, the lightweight portability, the new butterfly keyboard as compared with my old laptop I replaced feels good on my fingers. Such a simple thing yet sets the computer apart and makes it fun to use. The screen is beautiful and bright. I also like the finger touch sensor to use for passwords etc. A cool and functional feature! Also love that bh ships quickly and with no tax in Ohio! Cant say enough about how much Im enjoying it!

Typical B&H
This is my 2nd Macbook I've purchased from B&H and I've also purchase a handful of iPads from them as well. As with typical B&H service, everything is top notch. Easy to place my order from their website and insanely fast shipping. I've never had any problem with any of their Apple products, so I've never had to test their Customer Service. But, I'm sure it's top-notch as well.

Works and looks beautiful
I had ordered from B&H years ago for some camera equipment and they offered the best prices and fast service. So when I needed a new MacBook Air to replace my 6-year old one that had died, I checked Amazon and B&H along with a dozen other places like Best Buy and Apple for deals. Not recommend. I will buy MacBook Pro 2017 instead.
I purchase the 2018 MacBook Air 16GB RAM 256GB storage. I think this is worse than my original 2011 AmacBook Air. The speed of the OS is slower and you found the screen was freeze more often than before. Totally disappointed.

Slow for 1TB
I purchased this laptop thinking that the speed would be phenomenal. The minute I opened it I felt promise, it was nice and sleek and new. But when I opened a few different apps, such as streaming video and using photoshop-- the computer freezes in between clicking things. It makes it very nerve racking. After a few months of use, this Mac always provides a satisfying user experience. Logic Board Failure (death of a computer)
I purchased this relatively expensive device on black Friday. After 6 months of normal use (no drops or damage), the computer became stuck on the loading screen displaying the apple and progress bar. I searched online and tried pressing several key combinations to fix the issue without success. I took it to a local certified apple repair shop to discover the logic board, fan and keypad needed to be replaced. Fortunately , the repairs were covered under Apple's limited 1 year warranty. Apple obviously has issues with its quality control.

As described, works great
Ive bought from B&H in past. Unique NYC store with a great online reputation for good prices. I bought my Mac from them. (Macbook Air, 13, Late 2018). Came as described, same as from the apple store (my friend bought one the month before me and paid ~$200 more than me). Happy returning shopper. I will shop there in the future again.

Nice Air - 2018 Model
Ive used Mac products for more decades than I care to count. When considering the new air I read the reviews about the keyboard in particular. Ive had the new 2018 Air for about a week now and while I think it is noisier, I dont notice any increase in errors, and suspect a bit longer term Im going to like it better. Regarding the Air overall, it is great. Runs cool and is very fast. The Retina screen is of course great as well. Nothing less than what I expect from Apple. A+

Great Laptop, Great Price
Best entry level MacBook, perfect for light work, word, web, media consumption with decent battery life, display is plenty bright and I always have it 2-3 bars lower, cpu runs cool at around 50c when doing light work, will jump to 90c when doing any heavy work loads so keep that in mind, however doesnt get too hot on your lap. Typical Great Apple Product but no battery life
Brand new and a charge lasts less than 5 hours of use. Also not having a USB port, photo card port and switching charging cables requires retooling charging stands and buy card readers. I prefer the older design.

I got the 16GB RAM/512GB SSD model for basic computing. My first Mac of any kind. (my main laptop for comparison is a Dell XPS 15 with 32 RAM/512 SSD, GTX 1050) After the usual needed apps were installed and including the operating system Its got about 470GB of disc space left, which is about what I expected. Excellent computer
This is my 3rd Macbook and 1st MacBook Air. With enhanced, low-power draw GPU, this more than handles all of my photo and social media content rendering. Excellent battery life and 12 ounces lighter than my previous MacBook 13.

good update for the macbook air
Compared to the previous version, the screen and speaker quality are greatly improved. It took me some time to adjust to the new keyboard, but I like the shorter travel. The smaller size is also convenient for transporting it around.

I used this laptop for daily; browse the web, email and Microsoft.Havent used it too much as a lap topbc I use it with a Dell monitor along with a stand so I have two screens to work with. In addition, I use the apple keyboard with the numbers and the apple mouse. Compared to my old work laptop this was a significant upgrade.

13 screen not 13.3
The screen measures 13 inches but is being advertised as 13.3 inches. If I had known the screen would be smaller before purchase I would have gotten a larger screen MacBook Pro instead.

First Ever Mac and it is awesome
B&H had the best pricing by far. I ordered on a Thursday at 7pm and had my new Mac by Monday morning. These guys are the best in the biz. The actual computer is everything I asked for and more. It will take some time to get used to all the new shortscuts and such, but well worth it!
