I do not often leave product reviews, but this one is needed. I own at least 8 digital cameras, from pocket cameras to a Nikon SLR. I bought the Vivitar Vivicam F126 for my grand daughter for Christmas. She is only four, so I thought a cheap camera would suffice. I was wrong! This is not a camera. Too small, too difficult to handle efficiently
Bought this for my young grandaughter -primarily because it is by Vivitar (and pink!) While learning how to use it we ran out of battery power twice. The directions are okay but I made a schematic of the top, back and sides to make it easier to learn. She's experienced with using technology so her very small hands were able to manipulate the tiny dial and buttons. But the battery compartment was hard for either of us to open without effort. good camera, good price
Camera is just fine (not crazy about the color, but the deal was too good to pass up. At least it's easy to spot in the backpack stuff...) My only problem has been due to having an older Dell w/Win XP, which may or may not be the XP3 version required. But that's not the camera's fault. I will use library computer, but can't guarantee getting the same one the next time, so loading the DVD software is therefore an uncertain situation. But again, that is not the fault of the camera or memory card. They seem fine. Thanks. I've gotten stuff over the years from B&H and have yet to have a complaint.

Very disappointed
I bought this camera for my 11 year old daughter as a gift. Indoor pictures come out fuzzy. She hasn't tried it outside yet, so hopefully those pictures are better than the ones she has taken so far. Big disappointment. I would not recommend this camera. Super light and flimsy and no lens cover so I know it probably won't last long. Too bad. You get what you pay for!

WOW
This camera was bought by my multi million dollar company to take pics of equipment we have inspected. Let me tell you. This camera is the worst thing ever. It does not focus. The screen sucks. Ive never seen a memory card exposed on the outside of the camera. Take your $ buck add $ to it and buy something that works.

Good camera
Got as a gift for a two year old. Seems to be surviving and that's great! So far was left on video record for over and hour and is fine. Very easy to switch back and forth between camera and video which is probably great normally but not ideal for it's intended purpose for us. Overall good for the price.

Worst digital camera ever
This was meant to be a cheap camera to take on a trip. It is completely unuseable. The flash goes off twice then takes a blurry useless picture. You have to buy an SD card to go with it. Now I'm stuck with a useless camera and an SD card that I can't use on anything else. PLEASE DON'T BUY ONE OF THESE.

Worst camera ever!
I bought this camera to take pictures of my hunting puppies. I've taken outside, inside, far away, and close up photos, and not one is usable. There is nothing great about it, and everything is terrible about it -- including the customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAMERA!

Great inexpensive camera
Bought for our four year old for Christmas and seems to be perfect for her. Has taken some pretty big spills and has pulled though. Takes good pics. Isn't a quick as some better quality cameras, but didn't have high expectations.

Disney trip
Bought them for my tweens for a Disney trip. They worked well for selfies and close ups but not very well for distant photos.
