About the awesome menus and overpriced charger...
People complaining about the menu don't know how good they've apparently had it. The menu system is my favorite part about this camera, and I will explain why. From A7R2 to A73. Delighted
5 stars don't come easy for me, but the A73 earned every one of them. As a pro video user, doing adventure films. Fast, far better menus, much MUCH better tonality than the A7R2. Better battery life, although not outstanding by any means. Delighted at my upgrade. Can't think of anything I don't like.

Great all around camera
I'm just anenthusiast coming over from a Canon 6D. In terms of image quality I really can't tell the difference between the Sony A7iii and the Canon 6D. I'm not someone who pushes the DR all that much. But when it comes to AF this camera blows the 6D away. The coverage, the face detect, the eye AF, and the accuracy and speed of AF tracking are top notch. This camera is truly a pleasure to use!

Best Value for your money!
I own also a Sony a58 and a6000 and a7II. This a 7III is a big step up from the a7II. Image quality is nearly the same. But... 10fps with shutter and silent mode. Much faster menus and response. Superior Autofocus and batterie life. More robust lens mount and much better customizable for your needs. Ahead of the game

Just started using it!
So far I've already set up shortcuts for ISO, silent shooting and autofocus. Haven't had a chance to test out the video settings yet. ISO is great I can go pretty high without noticeable grain. I'll update this once I've gotten some more use. Just got some rock climbing shots at Snow Creek Wall yesterday.

Great all around camera
I have had the A7lll for over two weeks and have taken a few hundred photos with it. I also have an A7ll and there are some definite improvements in the A7lll. At first I didn't notice a difference in good light as far as photo quality and focusing. The A7ll is still a good camera. First and foremost this camera is amazing, if you're seriously considering buying it, do it you won't regret it. A game changer.......
Sony really hit below the belt with the other manufacturers, they came out with an absolute game changer for the price. This camera is as good as the A7R III in every aspect besides MP, and screen resolutions. And it even excels beyond the R III in some aspects such as low light performance. The kit lens is one of the better kit lenses but I wouldn't say its worth the normal retail price outside of the kit. For the extra $200 its worth it! It's compact for a decent zoom range too so that's a plus. Great job Sony!

Jumped over from Nikon to Sony
I literally did over a year of research to see if a Sony mirrorless camera was something worth changing over to due to the costs of all new gear. I was initially saving up for the Sony a7Riii until this was released for a lower price and with better capabilities. I have not been disappointed yet with this camera. It is super light, powerful low light capability with photos and video. So many settings that im barely scratchign the surface of what this little beast can do. If youre thinking of switching over, do it. The sony a7 series are amazing.

Amazing for Weddings, Portraits, Video, ...and everything!
Received the camera on April 12, 2018. The controls weren't too different from the a7 ii so it didn't take me long to get used to it. That being said, the changes made to the button layouts were super super helpful. Shot a wedding video with it two days after receiving on April 14th. Used it with a 24-70 G Master and a Feiyu a2000. I can confidently say that the wedding video turned out great and this camera is a little beast. The touchscreen could be better though @Sony.

Best Camera for $2,000
I used this for video, the 4k files are great very computer friendly. Althogh the eye piece view finder is great, I would reccommend a Zacuto View Finder still, it will help to hold steady, which can be a challenge with its small size. Heres a video review we didhttps://youtu.be/607lvBp6xes

Forces me to shoot raw.
One less star since I miss the jpegs from my Fuji X-series cameras, never had to shoot raw. Otherwise for the price, there is little to complain. Battery lasts like a DSLR, unlimited custom options too.

Best Sony mirrorless yet ( for under $2,000)
The Sony A7III is such an amazing camera . It focuses fast - lmages are sharp with great crisp colors - ISO through the roof - front and rear dials as well as a joystick - the battery last .. forever ! The camera's functionality, to me, is a cross between Canon and Nikon because of the dials , joystick and the rotary dial on the back. I am so happy with my purchase of the new Sony A7 III from B&H Photo !

Amazing Camera For The Price
I'm still new to photography with only a few shoots under my belt and this camera is great for the level that I'm at! I have large hands and wanted extra battery life so I have purchased Sony's vertical grip for it and it fits perfectly in my hand. I will try to remember to update my review after I've had more time with it.

Much better than expected
I upgraded from the a7S and this camera has far-surpassed my lofty expectations. In fact, I'd say it is even better than the online reviewers claim. IQ is great, DR is off the charts, as is the low-light. The addition of 2 card slots and the thumb-stick are nice, but not game-changers for me. If I had to pick out the things I dislike, I'd say that the auto EVF sensor is still way too sensitive, and they still haven't added the fully-articulated screen design from the a99 and the a77 cameras. Pretty minor concessions for the images you get at this price-point.

So far, fabulous!
Only one weekend of shooting with this, and still a lot to learn about its full capabilities. But so far, wow! It's all it's cracked up to be. Have paired it with a new Sony 24-105 zoom (surprisingly light) and the very fast Sony SDXC UHS-II card to take full advantage of the camera's speed. Couldn't be happier. B&H was great, very happy with the advice received from the Chat people, when deciding on this versus an upgraded Canon.
