A solid, basic sustain pedal
The pedal seems to be built solidly - 18 gauge sheet steel from the looks of it. The spring action feels appropriate. It feels like the pedal has rubber bump-stops inside... Just a hint of squish. The switch kicks in at right about the mid-point of travel. It works fine with my Oxygen 61 (no surprise there). The bottom is covered with diamond-pattern rubber which grips well on smooth floors and probably low carpet as well. So well in fact, that w... Show More

The best compact pedal
I bought this because I needed a sustain pedal that would be compact to fit in my backpack gig. I use it with my MIDI Controller, and it do the job all the way out. I don't like do play sitting in a chair, so I needed a sustain pedal that would be responsive enough to just touch it a little and do the sustain, because with other pedals I had to lift my feet in such height that, over time, would give to me a foot lesion due the strain.

Better than what I thought it would be
It's not like stepping on a real piano pedal, but this thing works. I was expecting some plastic flimsy things, but its actually heavy-duty metal with good rubber traction and a fairly long cable. It has a switch on it so that it can act as a regular sustain pedal, or as a toggle for sustain (tap it once, its like holding down a sustain pedal, tap it again, the sustain cuts off).

deploy a pedal
When you need a cheap, no-frills pedal that can go anywhere and look like nothing, this is it. $15 and you can sustain, trigger loopers, FX pedals, etc. I use it with an old Pioneer EFX-1000 to do feedback looping and another with a Traktor rig to do loop overdubs.

Good for the Price
I am a beginning music artist. The pedal works well and is surprisingly sturdy. I'm not afraid of dropping it or stepping too hard on it. It works well for my needs.

Solid sustain pedal
This pedal does exactly what it should. It's well-constructed and feels solid. I'm very happy with this pedal and can't imagine finding anything much better.

Solid feel and a great price
The only thing that beats the price is the quality. Solid construction and feel for a great price. Lightweight and easy to move to other instruments
