Hard to find but B&H came through
Pros: Great for people who do not like the feel of a traditional mouse or who need a different shape to prevent medical issues. Cons: Plastic and quality feels cheap but it seems to work fine so it is a minor gripe.

Not that effective
I love track ball mice but this one is really not that good. I guess I got used to using the ball with my thumb instead of my other fingers, so I found this design a bit odd, but I did try to adapt, especially since this seems to be one of the last wired trackball mouse survivor from Logitech. The problem that really made me return this product was the inability of scrolling the browser bar up and down with this mouse. That was a step backwards i... Show More

If they keep make'n, I'll keep buy'n
This is the third trackman I have owned and I am always happy with them. The first one with moderate gaming use lasted a good 6 years, my second one with heavy gaming use lasted nearly 3 years. For the price that is well worth it to me. Once you get the hang of using this trackball, all other mice will seem like a waste of energy. I love mine and am sold on the Trackman! Pros: Easy to transport, they only need a limited amount of space, can be us... Show More

Still the best mouse available
Most ergonomic, accurate trackball available. Use in business applications and graphics. A scroll wheel would be easier than button manipulation but I don't know how you could make it work comfortably. I have used these for over 20 years and tried many others but this is by far better that any others.

Only mouse I use
This is the only mouse I will use. By far the best, least expensive trackball out there. Ergonomic, simple, and easy to adjust settings.

not for me
There may have been a defect or software problem. More important was the difficult design path to the various functions. I am exchanging it for another logitec model

Again
My new trackman Marble is a replacement for a very old one. I was very satisfied with the old one, so I replaced it with a duplicate, when the old one went on the blink.

Can't live without my Trackman Marble
There is nothing that isn't great about the Marble Trackman from Logitech... I've had mine for about 7 years now and I don't understand how anyone could use a regular mouse...that you have to move all over the desk. With the Marble, you just put your hand big or small on the top of it and roll the ball where ever you want it to go and then left click or sometimes right click it...It is just so easy, I'm so used of it that I've become very fast at using it...I love it, and if they stop making them I will be in trouble, because I absolutely cannot use an old fashioned mouse..

Love these trackballs
We have used these for years - you can set them on your armrest and use them without having to slide them around like a regular mouse. Much more ergonomic than the trackballs that have the ball on the sides - having the ball on the top allows me to use several fingers to move the cursor, so no single finger gets crampy. Couldn't find them locally, and loved them so much I went to the internet to get them.

My favorite mouse
I use the mouse everyday (Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Word, Internet etc.) with my Mac Pro tower. I love trackball mice. You do not have to move the mouse around, it stays in one spot, & you control it's movement w/ the trackball using your pointer finger. I never experienced any pain in my hand, nor do I know what exactly cause carpal tunnel syndrome, but know that you place you hand over the ergonomically designed mouse, control the trackball wit... Trackman Marble consistant performer
Purchased this to replace a misplaced mouse while traveling. Have been using this particular model for quite some time, it has always proved reliable.

Very large
This is probably a good product, but I had to return it. It was so large, it was hard to use and cramped my hand. If you have small hands, you might try it before buying it. Maybe I could have learned to work around it, but after days, I couldn't get used to it and had to give up. Setup was instant and it had smooth motion. Ideally, the mouse would have had a horizontal scroll too - still looking for the right mouse to use all day.

Good product, could be better though
Scrolling ball has a good size. Fair number of buttons. It looses two stars because it does not have a decent way to scroll. A scroll wheel or ring would certainly take this product close to the next level.

Great and Reliable - Says it All!!!
I have been using the trackman for years My one I had had been using for a long time went bad and because the local stores didn't have one I bought a Kensington....piece of garbage...didn't last 6 months. I now have this...and I am so happy once again!

the world's most reliable track ball
I bought this track ball with my computer when I went off to college... in 2001. I have killed 3 computers, dropped it god only knows how many times, spilled beer on it, literally beat the heck out out of it, and now in 2012 i am considering getting a new one, not to replace the old one which still works, but for a second computer

Great mouse
I have been using this same mouse for more than a year & love it. Unlike a lot of others the pointer does not move unless you move it. It may take a little getting use to but it is well worth it! There is nothing I don't like about it. I bought this one for my daughter who started to use mine & really likes it. B&H is one place on the web that you get fast shipments. I have used them before & will use them again.

Worth the money
A great mouse. Is a bit slow moving around but it gives you great control. I would recommend it. A good ergo product.

New style mouse working well
I telecommute and needed a mouse next to the keyboard on the pull out shelf. The Trackman is the logcal option. Hardest thing is that I am not as fast with this style. Answering the phone, putting callers on hold, etc is slower. I hope I can get faster with it!

best mouse ever
This is the 4th Logitech Marble mouse I have owned. They are far easier to use than a standard mouse whether usb or wireless. The cursor is easily moved in any direction by simply moving th roller ball. I recommend it to all my friends and family. Once they use it they never go back to the mouse pad variety. Yeah, it costs a little more!

I have to do a lot of scrolling, navigationg, cutting and pasting. With the right- left-hand cofiguration available at a couple of simple clickings, I can rest my tired hand alternately.

Trackman Saves Desk Space
I use the Trackman with my Mac on a desk with little extra space. It takes about 1/4 the space of a mouse pad and mouse. The track marble rolls smoothly and is accurate. I find the result superior to the Mac's mouse. Occasionally I use it at home with my MacBook Air and find the Trackman far superior in performance to the quirky Mac trackpad. The only improvement would be if it could be a bit smaller. Then I might take it along when I go out the the MacBook Air.
