I was so pleased to talk to the customer service representative with questions regarding my need to replace the current wireless headphones - which was no longer operative due to the non-chargeable battery. The young man I spoke with was so pleasant, courteous and patient with me as he explained availability and recommendations for my need. I am partially deaf and depend on the headphones to allow me to enjoy watching (and hearing) television. I am 77 and appreciated his candor, understanding and kindness. Your company is lucky to have him.
