We used to listen to TV at rock blasting levels. Now it's civilized with her clearly hearing all the dialog. There seems to be an issue with battery charging. Bit early to tell but I've notice the base's green light goes out . If I unplug and plug it in it comes back on.

Got everything charged, plugged in and connected. Didnt work. All I can hear is a light static sound.
