OK Flimsy Construction
Here's the problem. The headset is fine but the little pad on the other side of the earpiece breaks off way too easily and is impossible to repair. I've tried it, I've had my engineers try it, and I even ordered replacement parts. They wanted me to try to heat the plastic up to try to wiggle in the replacement part. If you're in a gentle environment or don't need to use them every day they should work fine. I'm in an education setting and the headsets take some abuse, but still, a little piece like that shouldn't be such a problem. I've gone through a half dozen headsets.

Poor Design
These headsets are very poorly designed with the padding edge always breaking off. And the microphone also breaks after limited use. If our studio wasn't designed for them in the first place I would have ditched them a long time ago. As it is I have to buy two or three a year (I'm in an educational setting) and it's simply a huge waste of money. When we upgrade the studio it will be SO LONG Portacom!!

Not reversible; head pad breaks too easi
Audio is fine but the construction of the headset is below par. The pressure pad opposite the ear cup breaks off easily and cannot be repaired. Also, the boom mic is not reversible meaning you cannot wear the headset on either ear.

Very poorly constructed
Very bad, are very poorly constructed all breaks, not suitable for work, but never would buy a Porta Com
