Behringer HPX2000 Over-Ear DJ Headphones
UPC's:
Great value. No complaints
I've cycled through a number of budget headphones, many of them more expensive than this cans by Behringer, and I have to say that I am quite impressed. I'm not an audiophile or anything of the sort, just a casual user looking for good audio, and I've found it. I can't find anything to complain about when I listen to stuff on my laptop, PC, iPad, iPod or iPhone. Highs and mids are crisp and while the bass could use more oomph, I'm pretty sure tha... Good Budget Head Phone
I don't have the same experience as other users I find these headphones to deliver a natural sound highs and base and no distortion when turned to 98% of laptop volume more than enough to make you deaf so maybe it is the sound card used. I have no complaints highs are high lows are low it delivers a natural sound not an overstated unnatural sound so for me a pleasure to plug theses in and here the diction of the singers across all genres is ... not good
Bought these headphones tempted by the really low price. The moment I put them on it was clear why they were priced like that. Extremely uncomfortable - I'll admit that with headphones the fit is different, but usually you would be able to at least adjust them to be better. No such luck here. The most annoying thing is that around-the-ear padding is too shallow, so the ear-pieces end up squeezing your ears making it very uncomfortable. Base was a... Show More

These are, in my opinion, good quality headphones for a great price. That being said, I must point out that if you're listening to music at deafening levels with lots of bass you will likely be disappointed. Now, this may be partly due to my laptop output, but when you crank up the bass boost and crank up the volume the bass obviously struggles. This is acceptable for me because I don't need to be listening to music that loud anyway. These are very comfortable, with a padded headband and the earcups are big enough to be comfortable. They also have a pretty long cord, which is great for me!

Great Value
While looking for headphones, I searched by Most Reviewed and discovered that the HPX2000 HD DJ Headphones was among the most reviewed and among the most favorably reviewed. While there are more expensive (way more expensive) headphones, this set stood out because of it's low cost. I have to say that I am not disappointed in my purchase, the bass and treble are very dynamic and the wiring and jacks (with threaded 1/4 adapter) are of excellent quality. The only drawback is the cord is 2 meters, I'd prefer 3.

Great Sounding Headphones!!!!
I have been DJing for 15 years from Bars & Large Clubs to Weddings and other corporate events and have tried numerous other DJ headphones. I am very impressed with these headphones and the quality of sound they produce. They are a sturdy item that is comfortable to wear. They work great when I am previewing my next track using MixMeister and my Numark Omni Controller during a live show. I would recommend this product to any DJ looking to go mobile. Once again Behringer didn't let me down.

HPX-2000 = Good Value
For the price there is not much else out their. I just received these headphones and I would say they have a cheap feel. They will most likely break if you use them in a dj environment. I find that they have more treble then bass. Also you can hear the headphones from the outside on the loud side. Overall, you get what you pay for. The quality is not up to par with a Sony mdr-v700 but they will do the job and you can not be disappointed at this price range.

Better Than I Thought
My DJ Headphones got stepped on, so I bought these as a quick replacement. They actually put out clear sound that was better than the headphones I bought for 100 bucks more. But two things drive me insane. I dislike I cant adjust them to go any smaller, they are fairly big. I also do not like how the headphones put out sound like a speaker next to your ear rather than cushion to seal out other sounds. As a Professional DJ for the price you cant beat it!

Worth the money!
For the cost, these are amazing headphones. If you're only spending this amount for new headphones, I can guarantee your expectations will be blown away. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't hug my head as tight as I'd like it to. But that is a personal preference. My girlfriend bought these because hers stopped working and she needed a cheap replacement. (She works in radio as a DJ.) I've used them to edit sound for video, they work great.

As good as it gets for the price
Keep in mind when you order these headphones that they are relatively inexpensive. They're comfortable, easy to use, and they get the job done. The mid range sound quality is pretty decent, but it's noticeably weak on both the high and low ends. They also don't cancel out noise very well. Overall, for as cheap as they are, this is as good at it's gonna get.

About What I expected
Not a bad set of phones for the money. I use headphones for practicing bass. I was a little dissapointed in the bottom end on the headphones. Though I don't expect sub frequencies to be stellar, these break up pretty quickly on the low end compared to other headphones I have used. Other than that the rest of the sound quality is pretty decent.

Fine product!
Very usable headphones with very little wrong for the price range! Not particularly noise-cancelling if that's what you're looking for, but other than that a fine response across the frequencies (without the silly bass boost of so many others these days!). Ear padding can slip off but can easily be put back on (maybe even glued in place!).

Behringer HPX2000
I Was disappointed about this for the luck of base. bottom end not really define. They just like headphones with a high pass filter. if you apply high pass filter on your studio monitors you will have the same result with a none define bass. No deep sound over all. Nothing to do with a luck of bass. audio technica ath20 its far better.

Simply Amazing
I use these headphones mainly for video editing, but I can't deny that they double wonderfully as music headphones on my daily commute. The sound is clear and loud and the band and earpieces are comfortable. My one complaint may only apply to me, but the earpieces didn't enclose my whole ear. Overall and amazing value for the price.

Not At All What I Expected
These headphones look nice, but are not what I expected. Decent clarity on the high end, but very weak on the low end sound wise. Even when plugged into my audio interface, the overall sound was far from impressive. I own a pair of headphones from Five and Below, that sound better than these. Honestly, I'm thoroughly disappointed.

Value for money headphone when you are on a budget.
It's OK, but not to be compared to pricier headphones of course. Decent sound, OK build, but at the end of the day it is plastic and it shows. After a year or two the ear cups start to flake and the plastic starts to color fade. But if you want a cheap headphone to last for a couple of years, it's certainly not money thrown away.

best headphones you can get on a buget
these headphones are absolutely amazing they have a very wide range of frequencies and great sound to boot. the actual earphones themselves rotate in all sorts of different ways making them very easy to use. the only down side that i found with them was that the cord isnt very long but it will suffice for DJing.

Dissapointed
These headphone are so bad I would even be embarrassed to give them away. As soon as you put them on, you realize that despite the big pads they offer no isolation. I tested them with my Nexus 6p and the sound is just tiny. Unusable. My 18$ Monoprice DJ headphones blow these away. Returning them immediately.

Lower frequencies get distorted if volume is high
I use these at home for practice when I'm mixing, at higher volumes, the bass gets very distorted and very unpleasant for the ears, so I wouldn't recommend them for outside use, only at home where you don't need to crank up the volume so high. Otherwise, they're a decent headset for the price.

Decent cans for the price
I bought these as I didn't want to use my expensive Bose quiet comfort 15's while out mobile DJing. These are decent headphones for the price. Chunky and well made, they fold up tightly, have comfortable pads and the sound isn't bad. Cant go wrong for the price. and only 5 days delivery to UK

The best you could get for this price
Comfortable, easy to use, gets the job done. Good mid range sound, less good on the higher and lower registers. Don't cancel noise very well. However, for as cheap as they are, I was pleasantly surprised with how well they worked. #sweepstakes

Bargain
I bought these with the 5 Euro discount voucher that was given by Thomann, so this was a bargain to begin with. I use them to plug ino my amp as not to keep the neighbours awake and the do the job above and beyond the price payed for them.

Best you can get for the price
Pretty rugged, but conserve place when folded. Wire is still alive and solid after I've pulled it with chair several times. Bass is good, and no hiss. Small problem - jack body is wide and closes nearby sockets on some soundcards.

I use these for Ham Radio with various Yeasu radios. I have had all kinds of headsets over the years, but these are the best. Lightweight, sensitive, and with the clearest audio definition of any I have ever used.... AD5QP
