It looks great but the sound quality is good but not loud enough. The bass isn’t thumping to be honest was a little disappointed

Too much money for design only
Excellent design, but sound as good as a cheaper one. Also uncomfortable on the ear. When try to adjust, is impossible not to touch any function.

Great earplugs and awesome sound
This earplugs are great for its size. They are not super loud to the point that your ears hurt but they deliver crisp sound and good balance. They are an improvement over the previos 1.0 models over the connectivity issues. Only bad feedback is that to talk over cellphone the microphone is not as great, people say I sound I am inside a can win talking.

Even better than 1st Gen.
Have a pair of original H8 and the 2.0 have even more potent sound, clearer bass and are Qi charging enabled. What more can you ask for?! Best earbuds on the market by a mile and then some.

Magnificent product.
Typically B & O. Super sound reproduction, very comfortable, and wear them anywhere. Noise cancellation in various levels-brilliant!

AS good as expected from B&O.
Before purchasing the E8s I had read negative reviews about unpredictable behavior and poor battery life. The only problems I faced went away as I became more familiar with the headphones. Another complaint was centered on the features of the Beoplay App. I use it mainly to verify the connection status and to perform upgrades, so I don't see the problem here either. Great product!!!

Better than what reviews are saying
A lot of people say they are having issue with the left earbud, but I have not experienced that at all, the software update might have resolved that. I really like this but my earbuds casing came loose for some reason and I can't re-attach it. I would really love to keep it but I need to refund due to this problem.

Good, not great
The sound quality for music is nice, but phone calls are muffled and I have to max out the volume. Additionally, the Bluetooth connection is flaky and the earbuds need to be reset constantly but that could be the phone (Google pixel 2XL).

Great Sound
I read a lots of reviews before purchasing this. It is a great device. has a great sound and I love it. But, has a little problem. It keeps disconnecting if I have it in my shirt pocket and turn my head to right or if put it in my back pocket. If I leave it on my desk and walk away, will work up to 32 feet with no problem. I think it is a SW problem. Probably a SW update will fix it. otherwise Love it. It is the best $300.00 I ever spent.

Issues with bluetooth unresolved
I was eager to get this E8's even though I read some reviews stating some issues, I did not care and order them. The headphones are extremely comfortable, well made and attractive, this were the first wireless headphones I ever used. But they did have problems: 1.
