Nice monitor for photo post production
After Spyder adjustments, the color renditions were very nice, especially for the price. I use my MacBook Pro with PowerPoint. The USB Type C connection powers the laptop (60 watt requirement) without a glitch and is the only connection required for the screen images. I plugged it in, made a single adjustment and havent look back. All required cords came with the monitor. Along with a powered USB hub, I now have a great work station from my laptop. I have the Laptop charger by the tread mill where I sort the photos and do minimal PP.

overall a great monitor for image quality buffs
Have had it since December 2018 and love it every time I sit in front of it. I'm a long time iMac user and can say that this monitor doesn't disappoint when alternating it with the iMac 27 retina display. Brighter than most other monitors, an important feature for someone having to deal with sunlight office spaces. Perfect scaling on mac to improve on the working space on that offered by a 27 iMac, without being able to detect single pixels. Grea... Show More

Overall good monitor, nuisances however.
Mechanically well engineered, good stable platform. Good image quality. Nuisances: Came with a DisplayPort cable, but needed an HDMI cable, had to go out and buy one. Set-up instructions not clear. Temperamental brightness / contrast / color settings, not well covered in manual. Been having a lot of font-size problems in various programs, some fonts too large, some too small, and some change apparently at random.

Do not buy!
Uneven colours, one side of my monitor had a pink hue and the other side had a green hue. Very disappointed with this being advertised as such a high-quality monitor for graphic designers. Uneven backlight, weird colour bleeding around the edges that made whites almost brown towards the edge of the screen. Keep looking, as you can def find a much better monitor for a similar price :(!

Fantastic Monitor
The configuration I use with this monitor has my MacBook Pro connected using the USB-C port and my Windows PC connected using the DisplayPort port and USB port on the monitors. I am driving the display at the full native 4K resolution from both systems, and with this configuration I am able to have my keyboard and mouse connected to the monitors built in USB ports so that when I switch display inputs it also switches the keyboard and mouse. Shocking light bleeding on black and yellowish vertical margins on white.

Fantastic Monitor
I replaced my older Asus PB278Q with this Dell U3219Q and have no regrets. I no longer have fuzzy fonts and I dont have to scale for the Retina display. Powers my 13inch MBP via the USB-C and I have a Mac Mini 2018 plugged in via the HDMI and works beautifully. Love this monitor. Only problem is that my external Camera and Speakers cant be shared between the USB hub when switching inputs (USB Hard Drives can though).
