I would buy this again, thinking of buying a second unit
Great inexpensive mic system. I do beach weddings and vow renewals, have used the mics on three events and XD worked without any problems. That said the included mic does not have the greatest range, if you using where vocal or music is very important I would get a upgraded mic. In our test the Pro-xd range became very limited around obstructions and through walls

Great set of Wireless Mics!
Have had several sets of Azden wireless mics so I had a level of expectations - and this Pro set surpassed these expectations. Lightweight - more so than any of the others - easy to sync - and love the option for another person - in an interview setting - can just plug in to the one receiver and you capture both subjects. I do a ton of corporate spots on-the-fly, and this is ideal. Sound quality is good- and reception distance is great even when I am doing some sports spots with subjects 50 or more yards away.

Transmitter/Receiver excellent - Mic sucks
I've used Sennheisser VHF transmitters for years and have been disappointed with both the analog signal quality and interference. This uses digital signals over wifi with a 16 bit sampling so the actual transmission of digital data is flawless within range. What you put in is what you get out. However, the microphone is utter trash. The frequency response curve must look terrible with nothing over 5K. I replaced the mic with a cheap JK MIC-J 044 ... Show More

Good wireless System with erratic distance range!
I use this wireless system on my gh4.. Reading their documentation this was surely mage for canon or nikon dslrs. On the GH4 having the gain to -12db it is still coming in too loud. So they have 2 things wrong to start with : wrong output impedance for dslrs and too hot mic level signals! I uderstand that canons need more gain but at least they should offer their preamp to start at a lower level. I have changed the lav mic.. The original will mak... Show More

Incredible for the price!
I will go ahead and say that this is my first wireless lav system, and I only used it on one shoot as I just received it. Although it's only been used once, this unit is solid. It's way smaller than I thought it would be, which is great. It's just made out of plastic, but seems to be very well built. The sound is great. Very clear, the subject was about 30 ft away but he walked in and out of the room and it was a big office buildings with hundreds of wifi signals and there was absolutely no interference. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product!

Finally a good performing wireless system at a great price.
This little wireless system punches way above it's price class. Fantastic for event video work, clean crisp audio at the 20-40 foot range I use it for. It's very simple to operate and fully charged batteries last all day. Couldn't be happier and all for under $$. Wow!

First class wireless system at a great price.
The form factor of the transmitter and receiver are the best available. Very small and lightweight and the 2 units pair and sync in a matter of seconds. Sound quality and range is better than expected, especially for the price. My office building has several wireless networks that don't seem to affect the range of the system much at all. In doors it consistently worked well at a range of 40-50 feet, outdoors over 100. The system has a great featu... Show More

Affordable wireless
Range: Comparable to Rode Link, works well in line of sight usage, not good when subject turns a corner, also not good when strong Wifi router exists Lav Mic: Inferior Quality, not as good as Rodelink mic, tried Aspen Mic and is much better. Sound quality of set is actually quite good, it's the included lav mic itself is not up to tee. I bought 3 sets and one of the lav mic is defective, we found the OEM company in Taiwan (I am in Taiwan), and in... Show More

At Long Last
I finally found wireless mike I could afford. The radios are fine for what I need. I have been filming a to be cooking show that has two people talking. Unfortunately there voices have largely different volume. Two sets of these work just fine for recording on separate channels. the microphones aren't very good a bit on the noisy side. However this is remedied quite simply by usy different mikes. Very happy so far.

Great for the price
The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because it did not exceed my expectations. For the price this can not be beat. The included mic leaves a little to be desired in audio quality so I am using my SmartLav+. I get a great reliable sound. The only, but major, drawback is the limited range. For interview work this mic is fine but the signal becomes unreliable very quickly. If the two packs are not exposed and in perfect line of sight, it can start dropping at no more than 25-30 feet.

Early Review
I just received this product so understand that my experience with it is very limited however... The included mic is decent but not of the highest quality. I used my Rode SmartLav+ and got much better results. The audio that is transmitted is good (especially for the price), however at this point I have had a number of drop outs at a short distance. I am in an area with WiFi networks but this seems a little extreme. I wanted to post this to let everyone know that you may want to hold off on getting this until it is more properly reviewed.

Good first impressions
Good, slim design for both transmitter and receiver. Very straightforward to use and the addition of an aux input on the transmitter allows for some flexible usage scenarios. I've only used it for a quick field interview so far with the speaker about 10 feet from the camera/receiver. So I haven't really stressed the distance test yet. One sore point for me is the lack of a battery level indicator on the packs. Although you should always charge them before a shoot it would be nice to know if you have 5 minutes or 5 hours left on the battery.
