Nice digital monitor
My 13 notebook screen is hard on my eyes and I need extra screen real estate. I don't have a lot of room so opted for the 21.5 rather than the 23. One of my laptops has only VGA output and the VE228H flickers - harder to tell when white background of most browsers/applications.

Nice Monitor, Nice Price
I purchased this monitor because I needed a monitor with built in speakers, and this was one of the least expensive name brand monitors that I could find. This monitor works great, looks good, and the speakers sound pretty good for built in. Overall it is well worth the money

bang 4 your buck
Currently using as second monitor hooked to my laptop, and I'm love it! Provides excellent amount of space for work to be done, and I'm a college student, so the more space, the better. Even if you're a gamer, I would still consider this monitor because of it's rich quality!

Tried it, loved it, bought another
One of my old dual CRT hi-res monitors died, so I had to replace it. This ASUS VE228H was the best price for an acceptable size and resolution. I was amazed at how well the quality compared to the remaining CRT, so I bought another! Brighter, crisper, great with videos.

good and inexpensive
Noting wrong with his display, and the price is low. I bought it with a Mac mini, since even the new iMac displays have refection problems. This one is a true matte display. I can also use the Mac mini at several locations with displays for different purposes.

Great Product
Nice glossy finish,matches my glossy computer case.rich,bright colours,perfect size,great contrast.No dead pixels and I like the headphone output option which was one of the reasons for purchasing this monitor.Overall excellent product,exactly what I needed.

Great Value!
Multiple inputs including hdmi, dvi, and vga. Comes with DVI and VGA cable, would be nice to throw in an HDMI cable, but at the price, who can complain. Good picture quality, and love the ability to tilt the screen backward AND forward. Highly recommend!

Great monitor for a great price!
Excellent LED widescreen monitor for a really good price. Would definitely recommend ASUS monitors, the picture quality is excellent. B&H had the best price and shipped quickly - as always. I will gladly continue to do business with B&H moving forward.

Great size for the price
I use it a a monitor for my 13.3 MacBook Pro Notebook Compute. Can't seem to get the color as good as the Mac but for the price it is still good. Very low profile in physical depth and the stand is perfect for fitting my closed MacBook under it.

Good price, but a bit fuzzy
I purchased two of these monitors. I use them as docking station screens for my two Microsoft Surface PRO 3 and only for work (mostly reading documents. Text isn't as sharp as I would like. Still. The monitor is a good value for the price

WE228H 21.5 LED MONITOR
Got is for a larger display for my graphic design needs. I have seen some videos and animation on it and it wasn't the strongest, but then, I didn't really care. It is perfect for the price and does it's job very well. Recommended!!!!

Works great!
I use this display for everyday use, graphic design, and photography editing. So far I have zero complaints. It's a fantastic monitor, super clear. I don't know a whole lot about monitors, but from what I can tell, it's great.

Great as Exteral Monitor
Easy setup, excellent quality. Using External Monitor for editing video with Sony Vegas Pro. Also, works great with Paint Shop Pro and ProShow Producer. Sony Vaio Laptop and Windows 7. Best you can find for the price.

Love the build-in speaker
The LCD has VGA,DVI and HDMI so it supports mostly everything. Perfect for college students to play PS3 or Xbox with it in the dorm since you dont have to bother to get the speakers.

Ok monitor, but not very goodfor the price.
There's not a control for changing the brightness directly. You can only change the "scene modes", but not brightness as such. Maybe not worth the money, unless getting in a 'deal'.

The Price is Right
This seems to work great so far. I think they ask for these reviews way too soon though. We only used it twice so far. I hope it continues to function as well as it is currently.

Does not have a remote. But it is for a security system, so works well. The was a $10 factory rebate.... Don't do what I did and throw the barcode away.. No UPC No Money.

Good monitor, could be taller
Nice looking and great images. My only complaint is that its height cannot be adjusted. I will have to find a stand for it so I do not have to look down all the time.
