ASUS WS Z390 Pro LGA 1151 ATX Motherboard

Wont boot

I bought this board because all over the specs it says it supports Intel 9th generation CPUs I have an i7-9700K installed. When the board attempts to boot, the LED status indicator goes through a few steps and then stops with error code CC which is not in the User Manual. Online searching didnt reveal the issue with CC. The BIOS version on t he support site is the initial version., so no update so far. ASUS chat was offline, so I called them. Aft... Show Moreer 20 minutes, the support tech could not find out what CC meant and had to escalate the issue higher. He told me that there were inconsistencies in the internal literature on whether the board supports 9th generation CPUs (keep in mind that this is a Z390). So, I am waiting for a call back meanwhile the board is a very large paperweight.Show Less
