The product seems fine but I have no video output and telephone calls to Asus support are terrible. The have trouble with English and it takes them days to get back to you. So far, no resolution as to why there is no video and they say that they will escalate it and then you hear nothing. This may be a premium manufacturer but.......there support is terrible. Hire some people that know the product and speak English as a first language!

I had read reviews about display not working and i was unlucky enough to get the same issue. I returned it just yesterday.
