i always need a mouse to use any computer this one works OK but my old Logitech did better. the good news is i can save money because it is rechargeable so no more buying batteries

Made for the Mac
Its beautiful and matches my new smoke-grey 2018 MacBook Pro. And it works as advertised. The Bluetooth connection occurs quickly without prompting once discovered by the computer. That takes about 2 seconds to set up. The charge lasts a long time. Ive used it daily for work over the last 4 weeks and its at 92%. I take it with me on trips. Very low profile, light and solidly built. It has the pleasing feel of quality.

little different from the 1 but with the longer life rechargeable battery and ease of usage as a result with no battery searching etc is a great boon. recommend over the original. DWS

Looks Great with Space Gray MacBook - awkward charging
THis looks awsome with a Space Gray macBook in a dark gray shell. And it is a joy to use. But the charging port is on the bottom - so if its dead you need to wait before you can use it. More problematic is that you need a USB-C to Lightning Cable to charge it. Bottom line you might wait for a Mouse 3

Not Ergonomic
If you are looking for a mouse that is sleek, Bluetooth 5.0 compatible, and fits nicely into a laptop sleeve equipped with a side pocket then this mouse will work great. However, if you have a big hand and plan to use this mouse for hours of photo and video editing then your hand will begin to hurt.

Seems a Bit Fussy
I love the functionality of the Magic Mouse. It feels good, looks good and works very well when it isnt being fussy. I havent yet figured out why, but it occasionally loses its connection and refuses to do anything. Quickly plugging the charging cable in takes care of the issue, but that seems a bit ridiculous considering the cost of this mouse.

Hypersensitive, limited software controls
Fine for normal use but extremely hypersensitive when using Lightroom, Photoshop and other graphics programs. There are no software settings for controlling the swipe speed which is problematic. Very easy to make clicking and swiping mistakes.

It sometimes disconnects from my MBP 2018 for some reason but quickly reconnects. Its a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing design

I received an used mouse
I received an used mouse. When I opened the mail, the mouse was out if its original product box, and the mouse is dirty.

The mouse is too heavy to move compared to others
I am using this mouse with my macbook pro and found it is too heavy to move around otherwise the touch pad and gesture feature are very helpful.

It wasn't a brand new mouse!
The box looked brand new, once I opened the box, lightning cable was open and there was dust on the mouse. I think it was a refurbished one. very bad experience with B&H Photo.

Then, there are the times it sets off the gear. Have to turn off the computer. Sometimes have to do that twice.

Not Compatible
The Apple Magic Mouse 2 (Silver) is not compatible the the MacBook, mid 2017. B&H customer service indicated to me that it was compatible and placed the order over the phone for me. In order to fix the problem I had to buy a $20 adapter from USB to USB-C. This is the second compatibility problem that B&H has created for me with the MacBook mid 2017. This mouse seems to be deffective
This is my 5th magic mouse and in general I love it! So far this one is having connectivity problems and I lose the connection frequently. I will give it a few more days, if this persists, I will return this mouse.

Magic!
This is a great mouse. The fact that it is rechargeable and bluetooth is a great combination. I use it at my home desk when using my MacBook Pro with and external monitor.

Loving magic mouse
So far I'm loving my mouse. It works smoothly. I'm love that it rechargeable. My last mouse had batteries and then it just stopped working. This mouse seems sturdier and better made than the one that comes with your Mac. I'm excited to see how long the charge holds. It doesn't take long to charge the mouse. I did have to update the version of my Mac, at purchase time I did not realize my Mac was a OXS 10.10. It was easy to update at Apple.com and took an hour for everything to install. Then the mouse was beyond easy to sync with the computer.

Disappointing
Mouse is not comfortable in the hand and lacks "right click" feature. Difficult to use menus in Photoshop and e-mail.

Bad, bad design
Pros: it works when it is charged, and it looks nice. Cons: Anyone who designs a mouse with the charging port on the bottom should be fired immediately. Period. Also, you need to use the provided USB-Lightning cable to pair the mouse. It is now 2018, and all the new MacBook pros come with USB-C ports only. My mouse does not come with a USB-to-USB-C adapter, so I had to find an adapter before I could use the mouse.
