Awesome replacement for my aging plasma TV
My existing smaller Hitachi plasma TV is 12 years old and while it is still working great we are moving it into our upcoming exercise room. I was searching for a new smart TV that offers the superior black contrast of plasmas and off-axis viewing for our large family. Great Upgrade
Upgrading from a OLED65E6P, and this is brighter, more protections from Burn-in. OLED Colors and Blacks are unparalleled. Im very happy. B&H is a great company, Im very happy.

Great TV, Great Service
First of all, free delivery of my TV was quick and easy. My cardboard shipping container was undamaged, so I knew I was getting a great TV. Setting up my new LG OLED E8 was a breeze. At first, I was unhappy with the brightness until I discovered that it was set to Energy Saving mode. Once I changed that, I was thrilled with the beauty of my TV and the resolution, color and brightness of my picture. I have purchased several high-end items through B&H, and I have never been disappointed.

Awesome Picture
OLED is the way to go with the true blacks and amazing 4K picture. The glass design is really impressive, but it is scary and stressful if you have to handle it. Would defiantly recommend wall mounting but do not recommend the Gabor tilting mount that is a recommended accessory for the 65.

After owning e7p 55 for 1 year i can say this is the best display in the world I advise to get 65 if u can afford Also an atmos sound system is a must

Love the TV and so many apps
Loving this TV and it is one of the best that we have purchased. There are so many Applications and have used a few of them. Have hooked this to Sonos 5.1 system and placed in our family room. Still playing around with the set up in the combo of this TV, Sonos and Amazon and have not yet optimized.

Read and follow directions
The first 10 days after setup were not good. The voice/audio sync was awful. I got lots of tips from LG support, but the problem continued. My wife was ready to lynch me. So I went back through the setup instructions and noticed that they recommended new HDMI cables when installing. I hadn't done that. So I spent $20 on a new cable and viola!!! Not only was the sync problem solved but the sound quality itself was vastly better! So if you buy this awesome set, don't forget to order a new HDMI cable. BTW I was very happy with LG support's efforts to try to resolve the issue.

Great Buy!!
I can't go all out with 5 Stars. But it's a solid 4 Star purchase. There is a sound sync issue that creeps in once in a while, but dealing with it isn't too difficult. The image quality is superb. The screen size is perfect, I'm in a bit of a smaller space. The panel design and stand design is excellent. Sound quality is ok, to be expected. But not bad. So overall, for the price point, it's a great tv. I'd recommend it.
