I bought these earphones a month ago. Good price. Audio quality is good. Double pressing the middle button does activate Google Assistant as mentioned in the specific action. But I would not buy it again to be honest. Not necessarily because of the quality of the product but more because of the idea of having two wireless earpieces connected via a wire. It is not a good experience and is not practical. For example, the control unit is attached to the right earpiece so it keeps pulling the left earpiece due to its weight. So not comfortable while wearing it, for example when doing indoor cycling. I tried to use only the right earpiece to avoid the discomfort of the left earpiece being continuously being pulled down, but after a while the right earpiece starts falling off my ear under the weight of both the control unit and the weight of dangling left earpiece. I also wanted to use it with Teams online meetings while out of home. But it does not have a Mute function, unlike my other Plantronics Bluetooth earphone. It means that I have to keep holding the phone in my hand to mute and unmute during the Teams meeting. Not practical while jogging or while walking in cold weather and you want to keep your hands warm in your pockets. It can connect to only a single phone at a time but this is expected in most headphones in this price range. ... More

Great headphones for casual use! The sound quality is pretty good and that’s coming from someone who mixes music for a living. Great headphones for going to the gym or just having in your bag. Do quite like that their not to chunky and stick out of your ears much!

I was looking for somthing for me as a adult with autism and earphones or headphones realy help me to be outside where many loud places.i was worried about fitting my ears from a scar. but they come with 3 pieces and they do hurt after couple of hours in a day.they completely block noise.I get "hello connected battery full/medium/low" It makes a tone when the battery is near empty.it has 3 equaliser settings up and down volume together. you have to adjust the wire from pulling the left earphone.

I recently purchased the JLab Bluetooth headphones and I am thoroughly impressed with their performance. The sound quality is crystal clear and the bass is deep and rich. The headphones fit comfortably and securely on my head, even during intense workouts. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and I have not experienced any dropouts or connectivity issues. One of the standout features of these headphones is the long battery life. I can use them for hours on end without needing to recharge, which is perfect for long commutes or flights. When I do need to recharge, the process is quick and easy. Another great feature is the built-in microphone, which allows me to take calls without having to take off the headphones. The controls on the ear cups are intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to adjust the volume, skip tracks, and answer calls without having to fiddle with my phone. Overall, I highly recommend the JLab Bluetooth headphones to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and convenient pair of headphones. They are perfect for everyday use, workouts, and travel. ... More

These “wireless” head phones aren’t too bad, it’s useful that they have different sized ear buds. It’s a shame that Argos gave me the wrong colour! Apart from that it seemed to be okay.

I bought these about a month ago and they're OK but have had better ones for a similar price from other retailers. The sound is as you'd expect for this price but what they're really lacking in is design. The button piece is quite clanky and heavy which means that it weighs the headphones down making them quite impractical to wear while moving about which is the whole point. Also, they could really benefit from magnets on the back of the earbuds so they can lock together around your neck when you take them off.

Product looks very cheap. Sound quality just OK. Could work as a second pair when your main headset has got no battery left. I bought it as a gift and I was quiet embarrassed when the box was opened.

When I first wore these, my ears felt sore as I have very small ears and canals but they did not fall our and stayed in place. I hace worn them more and are far more comfortable and still do not fall out when running. The sounds quality isn't as good as some other earphone, but what's the use of the sound quality if they don't nt stay in!? Very impressed and would buy again in a heart beat if I need another pair.

- I never mistreated the headphones...only ever wore them whilst running or at the gym - Indicator light (that shows when they're on, charging, ready to pair, etc) stopped working after 2 weeks - The headphones stopped working altogether after a month - the 2-year warranty is really annoying -- I'll have to pay out-of-pocket to ship them to the United States and that cost won't be reimbursed.

I've been using this for over a week and its generally an ok product..... it's comfortable in the ear, the battery life is good but charging is slow, the wing tips are too soft and don't lock in perfectly, the cable length is slightly too short for an average guy. the sound is just... ok as it lacks bass. but i bought it only for listening to podcasts at work so it just does the job.

Pros: it was cheap and the usb connector is well designed. Cons: It is not confortable to wear or to store. I like other wireless earphones with magnetic sides that stick to each other but, above all, it makes a constant noise, which increases when the volume increases. It never stops. Really annoying.

These are the worst wireless headphones I've ever owned. They are very poorly designed, the bit with the buttons is unnecessarily big and very close to the ear which means it bats against your cheek as you walk or run like an annoying fly. The battery life isn't great and you can't even use them when the battery is low because a voice just keeps repeating "low battery, low battery, low battery" again and again rather than just say it once, so when they are low you can't even enjoy the last 5 mins of battery life. Awful headphones.

I’ve used these headphones for a few years now, I think I’ve had about 3 pairs, I use them a lot and they’re cheap so accept I have to replace them every now and then. This time the pair I bought were faulty which was annoying, I click and collected them to a local Sainsbury’s but was told if I wanted an exchange I would have to go to Argos, I didn’t really understand why customer service couldn’t get a pair sent to the Sainsbury’s to swap, making me go out of my way. That being said, when they work the sound quality is good. Just don’t expect them to last forever, you’ll likely get a year out of them. I also use my own ear buds as the ones that come with the headphones have the logo on them which irritates your ear. ... More

I am really pleased with these JLab Jbuds Pro Wireless earbuds. I use them for audio books so cannot comment too much on music sound quality, great for audio and has sufficient volume. The option of the extra piece to help secure it in the ear, they are comfortable to wear, although I find the nature of the wire connecting the 2 earbuds slightly stiff and an annoying length, but least being attached they don't get separated and lost.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as my old ones which I bought on line ( other make ) had broken and I needed a new set straight away. They do not fit my ears and fall out ,even when on a fast walk. The rubber flaps that come with them , I have no idea where to place them as the instructions are poor, so they are in the box unused. The cable is short and gets caught on clothing, which is very annoying as the buds fall out . Charging is quick and lasts a good length of time ,but this is the plus. ... More

If you like me are always loosing inner earbuds and end up with just one, then this is for you. Really good value for money. Good sound and good microphone reception. Because they are attached by a short flat line cable, it’s hardly noticeable, I can hang them around my neck when not in use. The soft flange wedges the Bud in your earlobe, it’s so secure, I could run with them. You soon get used to having to engage with the inline button to answer fone and click tracks instead of the earbud. Possibly better to set ya voice recognition on your phone and answer it that way. That’s only small minus compared to true wireless, I am very happy with them, might even buy a second pair a no d leave them at work. ... More

Bought these for the gym, overall a good purchase for the price. Sound quality is good and the multiple ear bud options make them comfortable to wear. My only gripe is that the control pod is quite heavy on the right hand side and pulls on your ear the whole time meaning you are constantly trying to adjust them. Overall, they were not expensive so acceptable value
