These are great I originally brought a pair pff Amazon cuz it was cheaper but major issues so i sent them back i decided to buy them again and B&H had them in stock so I got them and they are running beautiful

Great ergo and technology. Sounds not hitting the lows.
The technology and the ergonomics puts the apple sticks to shame. However the sound reminds me of cheap transistor radio. Very tinny. Sad.

Shorting out.

Not as good as I thought!
I bought this item on May 2018. This worked well at the beginning but later the charging cradle giving issues. It doesnt charge unless I dont plug in the usb-c. Expected better from Samsung!

Quality of sound good but the fit was painful. They were to large and went too deep into my ears. No one I spoke with on the phone could understand what I was saying.

Really good, but there is no complete user manual
The product is really good. I am very satisfied with the performance. The only problem that I have is that there is no complete user manual to read, sometimes the earbud makes some alerts that I don't know what it is and I can't find any info about it until now at least.

Only miss MST for Samsung Pay... Other than that great!
I wish they found a way to keep the MST feature for Samsung Pay like it is in the Gear S3. Oh well, can't have it all

True wireless earbuds worth every penny
For true wireless earbuds, they are stylish, easy on ears, sound quality is amazing, very lightweight, and connectivity is flawless. Fairly priced for those looking for true wireless earbuds, and those who use Samsung smartphones, these should be the choice.

Intermittent signal drops
The bluetooth connection to the left bud disconnects and then reconnects after a second. This happens very frequently and is super frustrating.

Great!
Ergonomic design perfect for the gym. They feel comfortable, secure, and have great sound. Big fan of the touch commands, although they take a while to master. Sometimes they un-sync or disconnect but the earbuds quickly fix themselves so it's nothing but a minor inconvenience. In all great product.

Defective item or product with low quality, can't really say
I had high hopes for this product but the left earbud at times drops connection. I charged it to see if this is due to low battery and made sure it is fully charged and yet the left bud randomly drops and reconnects which is really frustrating.

Premium Wireless Sound
The Samsung Gear IconX Wireless Earbuds (2018 Version, Black) are the best wireless headphones I've onwed. There are very comfortable to wear for an extended period of time and the battery life is great!

High Tech
These ear buds are a great design very low profile a little costly but worth it. The only issue I had was the volume could be louder.

Sound nice
I am no audiophile but after samsung added an e.q I was able to boost the bass and I like the sound. Not as nice sounding as wired buds but still nice. I do get 1 second drop outs once or twice when I go for a 45 minute walk. As far as battery life they seem to drain even when not in use. I went for 2 40 minute walks, left them on my desk for 2 or 3 days and the battery was dead. I seem to have trouble adjusting volume on the buds. Swiping up or down just starts or stops music instead of turning it up or down

Pretty Good
Overall these work well. The re-charging case (it has a battery in it) is brilliant and setup and pairing was a breeze with iPhone (unlike some other brands I've ended up sending back). I saw a lot of reviews that raved about the sound quality. That isn't my experience. The sound quality is ok, not great, not unbearable. Inaudible after 2 weeks
My first pair worked for two weeks before one of the earbuds became so quiet that it was barely audible. I sent the pair into Samsung, and they sent me a replacement. That pair did the same thing after about 10 days. Now, I am sending in the replacement pair for another replacement. Let's see how many pairs they can send me before I get a pair that works!

Iconx 2018

Terrible
Bought these because I loved all my other Samsung gear products. These are horrible. I will be returning in the morning. Constantly disconnecting and some annoying beeping noise all the time. Don't waste your time.

Very poor quality
I purchased these for my wife as they were just what she needed so that she wouldn't eat through her data plan on long runs. Unfortunately the earbuds stopped working after two weeks of use. Even at max volume the music it is not audible. We had high hopes for this but we will move on to a more trusted brand.

So far so good
I has the original buds when they came out and was quite disappointed, but these seem to work better so far. The buds kept a charge, and was able to use them the next day no problem. They sound great and still have the passthrough audio which I love. A little pricey, and would love to see them come down to 150. But still a good buy... so far.

At first, I didn't like the product. They kept shutting off and having other issues. I thought it was the earbuds themselves, BUT that was not the case. First, I was using Spotify along with them. Perfect for my needs
having a Galaxy s8, the pairing was easy and functions are great. Sound is what I expected - no mind blowing here, but it sounds better then just a cheap pair of headphones. Use: In the office while working, usually listening to one at time so I actually know what is going on around me. And during the occasional gym time and a run - I really like the "couch" option. Pushes me to run more. Overall, very happy with the product.
