Great headset some minor flaws
PROS - The headset is great. Connectivity and range of Bluetooth is very good. Sound quality for phone call is crystal clear with active noise cancelling. Battery life is excellent. I can stand next to a running kitchen faucet and the other party could barely notice. CONS - 1. The active noise cancelling started having issue after about 2 months of usage. Noise Canceling does not work and does not charge
Arrived charged but the noise canceling did not work. Then it would not charge so I am returning this piece of junk. Amazon says they are out of stock for over a month to get a replacement. Plantronics only option was to send me a used one? Really. That is what I should expect from a $200 headset? Skip Plantronics and the 6200 UC. Piece of Junk, IMO
