Happy w my purchase, great price
Originally bought the iXZ hoping it would work w my external mic input on my camcorder...No luck Had my niece bring her iPad over w Garage Band, it worked great. I have a nice Shure condenser mic, been dying to try it, and it didn't disappoint. Great sound :)

Love it!
I love this thing. Does exactly what I need it to do. Maybe not as perfect as more expensive products on the market but for the price it can't be beat. It's also the first time I have ordered from here and everything went great. I will shop here again.

Psimo, no sirve para nada
Como interface no sirve para nada... esto es un robo... lo us con un mic de condensador Beheringer para grabar en mi iPhone 6 y Tablet y no sirvi para nada, y eso que descargu las app de Tascam. Psimo... Its worst, need come back my money....

Works very well
This items work great, just as advertised. You should get a TRRS extension cable. Due to the short cable, any time you move the instrument of mic it wants to pull the unit and the ipad. It could easily cause an ipad to fall to the floor.

Good interface for the budget-minded.
This is a pretty basic interface for mono audio input. It works well for what it was designed to do. Higher-end units with more features (stereo and maybe digital input) are much more expensive. I'm happy. Excellent value for the money.

small package, big results
Had to find a way to plug a real mic into my iPad. The Tascam interface made it simple, giving me the sound quality I needed. Big plus...I can also connect my guitars directly to the iPad for recording in GarageBand. Great product.

i bought this to use my guitar with garage band on my ipad mini. So far this has done what it supposed to with out issues. very easy to use really, i have put the output to my amp and it has a clear sound.

Exactly what I needed for Mevo production
To record high quality audio you need this or another like unit to plug into the port of the iPhone and then for your recorder (we use a H4N). Works perfectly. recommend.

Make sure your version is correct.
I tested in South Africa on a fourth generation IPAD 10 pro 64 Gb with Version 9.? operating software and it does not work. Cannot even use it for a paper weight.

Integrated iPhone calls into my podcast
Easily connected monitor out of the iXZ to a line input, then took a mono mix-minus out into the 1/4 'guitar' in and called it done.

Great interface
Exactly what I was looking for. Much better than the alternatives. I like that I can use xlr or 1/4. Phantom power is a huge plus!
