Comfy and lightweight
I use these for studio headphones and they sound fine, are comfortable, and replacement ear cups are available. But for a few bucks more you can get the MDRV 700DJ which are the cadillacs.

Great sound but not comfortable :(
Sony, as always, delivers a quality product. Great sound, flexible 10' cable, nice folding design. Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable to wear it for a long time but maybe its just me.

Great value
Very good sound quality. Even response across frequencies. Solid base reproduction. Comfortable. Quality construction. Can't beat the price. Plenty of volume with mp3 player or computer.

Great first set of real headphones
I use this product with MacBook Pros, iPhones and for Xbox gaming. These headphones are great for long periods of continued use. I cant think of anything wrong with them. Great purchase!

Great Product
Quality built. Excellent sound quality. I personally love the long cable. It makes my live so much easier when for some reason my zoom h4 recorder has to be placed away from the camera.

Still one of the best
One of the best closed headphones in the price range. Although open headphones obviously have better sound quality, I usually use these in more quiet places, and they do extremely well.

Headphones
These sound pretty good when I use them for audio editing. They are a bit more comfortable, on my ears and general area, as I wear glasses than other cheaper headphones I've used.

Classic style with high quality sound
I use these headphones when i work at my laptop or sketch on my tablet and it's great. the cord is long and never yanks on anything and the headphones themselves sounds very good.

Good Cans
This is the perfect product for my needs. It isolates very well in my office environment, keeping the office drone out and keeping my music in so as not to disturb my co-workers.

Excellent headphones for students!
The MDR-V6s are lightweight with fantastic studio sound. The bass is also fantastic and will undoubtedly satisfy any moderate bass lover. These headphones are worth every dollar!

good bang for the buck
Pro: great built, good balanced sound very long cord but can heavy so not very good for portability Con: Would have preferred heavier bass since I listening to a lot of hip hop.

Sony MDR-VR Headphones
These closed over-ear headphones are fantastic. Second pair I've owned in the last few years. They are very well built and the price makes it the best option IMO. Go get a pair!

Time proven headphones
Use the product to listen to musical recordings. Bought my first pair in the mid 80s. Have owned many other headphones since. Always come back to this model. Very comfortable.

Nice Cans
My Sony V6's are very comfortable, which was my main concern when looking for headphones. Good sound is imortant, but so is comfort, and these headphones are great for both.

Not perfect, but good.
I use these for Holosync Meditation CD's. They were tight at first but I gently bent the top and that fixed the problem. I went with the upgraded ear pads and am glad I did.

Excellent headphones

Great lightweight phones for sound work
Lightweight. Very good at reducing peripheral sounds from surrounding editing rooms. Clean, crisp sound. Good price. Lower by a buck or two from the large online store.

Great headphones for videographers
