Fabulous Camera
I've had the camera for 2 weeks, and believe it is the camera I was meant to have. It feels great in my hands and I've been very impressed with its performance. I would say a weakness is the Sony online interface. It's meant to work in Internet Explorer and it can be tricky to set up.

very good camera with lots of features
very good camera with lots of features, 16-50mm kit lens ok, 55-210mm good lens. The pkg was missing camera body cap and 16-50mm lens rear cap. The included camera bag barely fits camera and zoom lens, may be kit should include a larger bag. so I take away a star for accessories kit.

Great Camera
The a6000 is a great fairly compact camera that gives you great quality photos. The focus is good, but it does hunt focus some in low light. The kit lens is pretty good as well and helps keep the camera light and compact. I look forward to using the camera more over the holidays.

Great Camera Kit
I selected this camera because it also has a view finder. This feature proved very important when I started taking pictures on the beach in bright sunshine. I was initially concerned about reports regarding battery life, but that didn't never became an issue. Happy with purchase.

Additional accessories included with this kit.
With this kit a Sony lens hood is included with the 55-210 MM lens. A Sony eye piece is also included with the camera. When ordering this kit from B & H Photo, ask to be upgraded to the larger Rugged Onyx 45 shoulder bag. The kit does include a smaller Rugged Onyx 25 bag with it.

no level gauge
Definitely clearer and sharper and higher resolution than my NEX6, but there is no level gauge and when one is taking pictures of the ocean (particularly at night), a level gauge saves a lot of post processing. I will probably return this and wait until I can afford the a7 line.

Purchased as a gift
This is a nice package BUT 2 things to note: The camera is an older version and the instructions for Bluetooth connection reference an out of date app. Also the camera bag included is too small for the camera and the extra lens. As for the equipment-very nice photos so far

Perfect camera for my wife!
Im a Nikon guy loving my d5, d4s, and d4...my wife wanted a small camera that took good pics that were easily transferred to her phone. The a6000 is perfect for her. We just went on a trip together and I was blown away by some of the image quality coming from this tiny camera!

Great Camera
I am an hobbyist photographer focusing on landscape, macro and architecture. The Sony mirrorless A6000 is a great on the go camera, which complements my DSLR. Great in low light, easy to use and lightweight. I am looking forward to taking many great photos with this camera.

Fantastic and easy to use
The camera is every easy to use, I'm not an expert in photography but so far I haven't had any trouble using it I'm a early beginner at the best. But with the purchase of the camera I wish I bought the 50mm lens with it. The kit lens is good but it can only get you so far.

Fantastic Camera
Really great camera for the novice like me. Excellent menus, much better than the NEX3N that I owned. Very easy to use, and I like it that I am able to use an external flash. Also B&H customer service has been fantastic. Will definitely continue to do business with them.

Love my a6000
Although I've only had my camera for the past 2 weeks, I'm already convinced that it was an excellent purchase. The autofocus is extremely quick and the camera is lightweight and compact. Taking my first trip to Europe and I'm sure to add to my review after the trip...

Big bang from a little package.
I bought the a6000 as a hiking, travel camera. It has fulfilled that need, and more. I find that I am relying on it as my primary camera rather than a backup. It is fast-focusing, shoots high resolutions photos, and is easy to use. All-in-all, a great little package.

Great Camera
Takes great pictures. Low light performance is pretty good. Controls and UI are not that intuitive initially, but once you get the hang of it, you're good to go and appreciate it. WiFi feature is nice and I really like the ability to transfer photos to tablet/phone.

Great camera at the price. Light weight, stunning pics. Perfect for me, the beginner. Yet to learn alot. But absolutely love this perfect camera. Love the fact that it came with an extra battery, memory card and awesome small camera bag. Love evth about it. Thanks!

EXCEPTIONAL FEATURES - EASY TO UNDERSTAND MENU
Camera is light, easy to use, versatile options. Controls very accessible. Great for both a new user as well as an experienced photographer. Great camera for travel, jobsites, family. I am an enthusiast and maybe easily influenced by the simplicity of the controls.

small and light with loads of features
I will be using this on travel trips and for impromptu shots. It is fully loaded with many automatic and manual settings. Unfortunately Sony has chosen not to provide a user manual with the product, however a PDF version can be downloaded from Sony's European site.

Outstanding Bang for The Buck
I am not a professional photographer but this camera is very easy to use with its presets. The camera allows for you to capture your shots quickly and affords you the time to play with shutter speeds, aperture and ISO quickly and easily. Love Love Love this camera

Still new, but already love it.
I'm not a professional photographer yet, but I've been learning on my friend's Sony A7s. I would've liked to have gotten that, but it was not in my budget. This is a great second choice! I'm so thrilled with this purchase and I can't wait to get to know it better.

excellent product for the price
the product for its price. Good quality of the photo and video you can get for fewer 1k USD. Consider buying 2 lenses as it will be even better value for money. The way camera storing video files is quite weird (all in one file, QuickTime required on Mac to view)

Great little camera!!!
Excellent little camera!!! Excellent image quality!!! Not very intuitive to use. Not an extensive user manual. Had to take Youtube tutorials to figure how to use it and it took time to figure out menu but once I did I was pleased with the result. Still learning!

Im Stepping Up from amateur to ALPH A6000
Seems like everyone I ask about cameras is knowledgeable of mynew SONY baby. I am still learning how to use but the XMAS pictures are gorfeous so far. Looking forwrd to making my real estate website with my own pictures. Yay B&H and SONY and Mom. Happy New Year
