All I had hoped for!
Elecret Condenser Mic Lightweight, fits easiy around my head. I forget it's on soon after starting to perform. Very nice sound quality. It makes it easy to look around while singing and playing guitar. I found I could adjust the volume by quickly moving it closer or further from my mouth for harmony vs. lead vocals. I need to be aware of breathing into it, that makes quite a racket. It does include two wind screens which help. It does absolutely need phantom power to operate.

Watch for wind noise from breath
I use for voice over while operating demos on the computer. The voice sounds nice but be careful! You get loud wind noise if you breath out on it. I find it needs to be set more than an inch from the corner of my mouth to avoid that. So now the signal level is a bit low and I have to remember to speak up or there will be audible noise in the finished video. But I guess this is probably typical of headset mics of this design.

Voiceovers
I am using this mic for making voiceovers. It is a very nice mic. What I like the most-it doesn't catch much of the room's noise. In other words, it records well even in a poorly treated room.
