Given it 3 stars just for it costing this much. We have several other Plantronics headset which only required a $ adapter cable to work with the same phone...Re: product performance - product works well, setup was fast and painless. Please note that to benefit from EHS features (most notably call pickup/hangup), you need to set up your phone, but that option may require administrator login to the phone (which we didn't have). Plantronics support could not help us beyond telling us that. We are able to change from handset to headset using the phones headset button, which for us is good enough.
