I bought this product with my boyfriend with the intentions of using it for practicing, and since we didn't have a mic stand, we thought it would work out great for the music set-up I have in my bedroom. Good starter mic and stand
Nice quality of this mic for the price. The bag, stand, cable and the microphone itself seems to be of good quality. The only thing that took 1 star off it is the microphone holder at the end of the boom. It feels flimsy, cheap plastic that will seem to crack if you'll shove the microphone into it to hold in in place. I ended up buying a Behringer 3-mic set that comes with a mic holder and that seems a much better fit.

The mic stand alone is worth the price
I bought this because I needed a sturdy boom mic stand for my keyboard. The bonus was the microphone , XLR cable and case. Microphone is great for vocals it compares to my Shure m58. The XLR cable is a little thin which may not make it durable for daily use. The case that comes with the stand is quite sturdy as well. Considering the price I paid $ you can't touch this deal. Hey for $200.00 you can mic the whole band.

Great Investment for a Solo Videographer
With the economy the way it is, I can't always afford to hire a sound guy. This allows me to do interview-style shoots without needing a second hand. I'd love a true sound guy to follow and be focussing on just the sound quality, but this works in a pinch and keeps the jobs coming in. Haven't tested the mic, wasn't really buying it for that.
