Cooler Master GeminII M4 CPU Cooler
UPC's:
MPN's:
A solid low-profile cooler with finicky mounting hardware.
This cooler works very well even on a Core i7-4790K. Maximum temperature under IBT was 69C, although keep in mind this CPU has been delidded. The mounting hardware is a bit fussy because CM uses the same backplate for all CPUs, AMD and Intel. If you think it's being really hard to install, you're probably doing it wrong. The instructions aren't very good either. I also wasn't blown away by the flimsy fan, but it is pretty quiet. -0.5 stars for the instructions and -0.5 stars for the fan. 4/5 ain't bad.

Not socket AM4 compatible
Originally this cooler was identified as with AM4 support. However, that has been changed, and as of 8-25-17 Cooler Master's website does not indicate an AM4 bracket will ever be forthcoming. Out of the package, this cooler will NOT fit the AM4 socket holes in the MOBO. Not sure how effectively it would work in a slim HTPC build, as I was never able to mount it.
