Even better than I expected!
I bought this monitor as a surprise Valentine's Day gift for my boyfriend. My boyfriend is picky about his electronics so I was nervous about choosing the right monitor for him. I have not regretted this purchase for a second since he started using it. I read a lot of reviews on other sites saying the base was kind of shoddy and wobbly, but I couldn't disagree more. Excellent monitor!
First of all, I'd like to give a thumbs up to B&H fast shipping service. This monitor has large bright screen. I couldn't find any dead pixel. I am using this monitor for gaming. I am pleased by the quality it delivered.

Fits the bill
I use this as a 2nd monitor for my iMac. For the price, it's fantastic. My only complaint is that I wish it were a little bit brighter. Other than that it's perfect.

Bad luck, but still pretty happy
Monitor is great. I got one with a stuck green pixel. It's near the top of the screen so it's not too annoying. Bad light bleed through on black backgrounds, but it's tolerable for most of what I do (gaming, surfing the web).

Big and Bright
The 24 inch Asus Monitor is a welcome change from the 20 inch monitor that I had before. The LED backlighting makes for a very bright screen. In fact, initially I thought it was too bright and used the settings to lower the brightness. But I am getting used to it. The colors are very vivid and it makes viewing much more pleasant. Installation was very quick and easy. No dead pixels.

We use the product at our school. We are pleased with what it does and love the backlit widescreen display. It's great for conferencing..
