Picture quality good, remote is a dud.
The picture display is good. Pleased with the picture quality. The remote worked for one day and will not work at all now. Have to use buttons on back of frame to make adjustments or changes. Disappointed that remote does not work.

Good product, great tech support
This frame plays still photos, videos, and mp3 music files quite nicely. Thumb screws allow you to change the orientation of the frame stand from landscape to portrait. I took me a bit to understand that it only plays from one input source (USB thumb drive, internal memory with items loaded from computer by cable, or SD memory card) at a time. This digital frame had a nice clear picture! I couldn't get it to recognize a CF card but got it to work with an SD card. I also couldn't get it to play video files from my Go Pro camera. But the main reason for my purchase was to display pictures for a bridal show booth.

Good Purchase!
As a portrait photographer I am using this to show clients proofs of their photos. I like the format because it shows what a framed photo would look like on their wall. Resolution is very good on this large 15 inch screen. Though it is possible to adjust color, brightness and contrast, the color was a bit off, but not so much that it makes a great difference. Great pic quality, big screen!
Pros: For use at home, this is a perfect frame! The size is great, the picture quality is great even with my high def pics taken with my SLR camera. It has 2GB of memory and could play music at the same time. For the price/quality/screen size, I would recommend this product to anyone. CONS: Remote does not work well at over 10 feet. The screen is 4X3 whereas all of my pics are 16X9. Again, I can resize my pic to fit the 4X3 but it needs extra time :)

.75MP is NOT high resolution.
I haven't ever owned a 1.0MP camera. Why would I want a picture frame that can't even handle that resolution?

Bigger is Better
We got our first digital frame (8) a couple of years ago. It sat centerstage on our kitchen counter. It is amazing how many times we (including friends and extended family) would all spend a minute or so looking at a few images as they scrolled by. wish i had bought this sooner!
i am not a tech person, so i just unpacked it , put in my compact flash and it worked. no hassle, no set up. i am not good on the computer, so stay away from downloading. i just bought an extra compact flash and when i get the cd made of what is on it, i put it in the photo frame and enjoy the latest adventure in a wonderfully large size so i can see all the details.

Love the bright clear screen
I use this product in my home. I wanted something that was large enough to be seen across the room and from many angles at once. This digital picture frame fits the bill. It is bright and sharp from most directions. It dims a little when looking down from a high angle but is still bright and clear. The colors are very accurate. Does NOT play video
The frame itself is nice, the image quality is above good, but the product does not play video. It just infinitely loads, I have tried every video format and used different media devies to load the video, nothing worked

So frustrating
I am attempting to use this product with a Sandisk ExtremeIII 4 GB CF card. In slide show mode, the frame gets hungup every 3-4 pictures for 10-15 seconds. This can't benormal. I popped the CF card into a Pandigital frame and itworked just fine, as designed. So the card is not theproblem. I have emailed Aluratek support twice now and haveyet to receive a reply. The remote control is very, verycheap and out of the box, a couple of pushes on the exitbutton and the thin plastic strip covering is coming undone.I would not recommend this product to anyone.
